PHAA Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 on 5^th September 2025 (Friday)

Dear Members of PHAA,

You are cordially invited to attend the upcoming PHAA AGM 2025 which will be held on 5^th September 2025 (Friday) in Kwong Wah Hospital (KWH).

Date: 5^th September 2025 (Friday)

Time: 7:00 p.m.

(Sharing Session at 7:00 p.m., AGM at 7:30 p.m.)

Venue: Conference Room, 9M/F, Phase I Building, Kwong Wah Hospital (KWH)

Sharing Session by Ir. Lok Him TSE, Chief Engineer of Electrical & Mechanical Services Department (starting from 7:00 p.m.)

We are delighted to have invited Ir. Lok Him TSE, Chief Engineer from EMSD, to deliver a sharing session on the EMSTF – The Development, Challenges and Opportunities on Collaboration with HA.

Attendance by Proxy:

If you are not available, you can appoint another PHAA member to cast the vote on your behalf. To ensure proper documentation, please complete the attached proxy form, and return to Ms. Belle LEE, the Secretary, by email or fax to 2949 6423 on or before 29^th August 2025.

As a gentle reminder, each PHAA member can only act as proxy for a maximum of three other members.

Nomination of PHAA Exco Members 2025/26

We would like to take an early step to seek your nomination of PHAA Exco Members 2025/26. Please complete the attached nomination & consent form and send to Ms. Belle LEE, the Secretary, by email or fax to 2949 6423 on or before 29^th August 2025.

To facilitate coordination work, each nominator may nominate a maximum of three nominees.

Recruitment of Helpers for PHAA

Same as previous year, we would like to recruit helper to join hands with the PHAA Exco Members. Together, we aim to offer valuable insights and jointly organize forthcoming activities to enhance unity and promote the exchange of experiences and knowledge among hospital administrators from diverse backgrounds.
